Financial District n'impressione pas par la hauteur de ces gratte-ciels (La Défense est tout aussi impressionnante), par contre les architectes ont su allier la beauté à cette hauteur. Cependant la disparition des tours jumelles est déplorable puisque c'étaient elles qui donnaient une impression de hauteur, mais aussi parce qu'elles laissent place à une énorme chantier où tous les balots viennent prendre des photos...de rien (puisqu'il n'y a plus rien). Financial District, symbole du capitalisme mondial, reste tout de même un quartier assez paisible en week end (puisque tous les businessmen sont en week-end) et sympa à visiter.

The skyscrapers of the Financial District is not so impressing (La Défense, business district in Paris, is as impressing as this), but the architect suceeded in mixing beauty and height. However, the disappearance of the Twin Towers is a pity 'cauz they gave an impression of height to the quarter, and now there is a big construction field, where lots of people come and take photos of...nothing (since there is nothing to see anymore). Anyway, Financial District, symbol of the global capitalism, is a pleasant area during the week-end (because all businessmen are in week-end) and quite nice to see.
